    We are relatively new to the housing market and Jayne made us feel well taken care of and answered all our questions with patience. She helped us buy our new place and took us step by step on how to sell our old place. While the market wasn't great for our old place, she was diligent in making sure we had the best chance in getting eyes on the place and spent many hours doing showings and keeping us updated. She is very communicative, to the point, and you really feel like you have a partner who has your back. You can tell she is an expert in her field as she knows the questions to ask, the things to look out for, keeping all the documents in line (how are there so many documents in this process!), well connected to other professionals in the field, and knows how to advocate for you as a buyer or a seller. Our experience was so smooth and we couldn't be happier!
